Project Overview: L'Oreal’s NA SAPMENA 24/7 SAP support project manages systems like ECC, S/4HANA, SRM and SOLMAN for NA SAPMENA (North Asia, South Asia, Pacific, Middle East, and North Africa) Region users. Its main goals are to maintain optimal SAP performance and ensure system availability, with responsibilities covering Incidents, RITM’s and Change request management raised by end users via Service Now (SNOW).
